Free game cards

I know i that most of the free games with cards need to pay ingame for a card drop but there are games that do not need ingame payment but i still dont get the cards, how do i get the cards? can someone help me here?

pretty sure you can get cards from playtime as well

well, when i go to "badges" it always says "no card drops left" WHEN I DIDNT EVEN PLAY THE GAME ONCE!

Any game received for free will not provide card drops. The ones that do are because of in-game store purchases like CS.

dang, i was just trying to grind cards to sell them for Oneshot, man :(
