I can't access the market or inventory.
Hi, guys!

I've been having problems with the market on my account for weeks. I can't access it to buy emotes, backgrounds, cards, anything... And today I also noticed that I can't access my inventory. Not on the Steam platform or through the browser.
What can I do to fix it? I have access to the authenticator on my phone, and everything is fine.

Error message is:
"Oops!
An error occurred while processing your request:

You've made too many concessions recently. Please wait and try your request again later."

I opened a ticket but received no help (twice) about having trouble accessing my inventory and the market; the problem persists.

Regarding what was said in the last support, I don't use a VPN for anything. The last time I used one was months ago to try to play BlazBlue with a friend. The matches were crashing on Steam and we thought it was the server. So we tried downloading Hamachi to play through Steam, but it didn't work. We tried playing the next day, and it was working through Steam. Probably our internet connection was bad, one of ours was, so we uninstalled Hamachi and went back to playing normally on Steam. And that was the last time I used a VPN.

Regarding browser extensions, I actually had the SteamDB one active to view promotions, reviews, and various other things, but since the last time I contacted you, I deactivated it, and it's been disabled. It's been two days and I still can't access the marketplace or my inventory. I'd like alternatives so I can access them again, as I really like stickers and want to buy more. I could even make purchases from the DST community.

Anyway, I'm waiting for your answers and ideas because I really don't know what to do.

Thank you!

Yes that is the new IP limiter that Valve added to steam, it prevents too many page requests from the same IP address. Change your IP address and you should be ok.

Just remember that most ISP's only give you a random shared IPv4 address, so all the others using that same IP address will cause that limiter to kick in. It is too prevent people using browser add on's or bots to buy / sell multiple items and skins etc.

One thing you can do is talk to your isp, and get a static non shared IPv4 address assigned to you. or just reboot your modem, and clear your pc's ip cache so that both have to renew with a new IP address assignment.

I reset my modem yesterday because the internet was acting weird... It didn't work, and today I still don't have access.

you can use a vpn except when making game purchases. just keep the vpn to a server in your region.
you had any luck friend? I'm having this issue for weeks now.

I tried a third time to open contact and support responded as a person, not a computer. I resumed negotiations today because I was working at a heavy pace. I hope they resolve the issue; when they do, I'll post back here how it went.
They gave a standard response and simply closed my ticket like the other three times. I'm honestly disappointed with Steam...

Steam Support only handles Steam Account issues, Steam purchases, and steam Refunds

Honestly you probably shouldn't be quite so disappointed. Frankly if everything else is otherwise working fine for you. I'd assume it is probably intentional on their end, and that they're blocking your service provider. Probably because someone is running a racket. Law enforcement might even be responsible. If so you'll just have to wait till it comes back.
