I've been using steam for more than years now but its the first time I've ever encountered the Steam Market is not loading up. It keeps saying an error that "Too Many Attempts Please Try Again Later". Is there somewhat a new Policy or an updated policy that Steam created that if you haven't added funds in your account, somewhat your market does not load up? Need some enlightenment.
