Real Game Wanted
By the end of 2026, "big games" will be left to the full development of AI. Before that happens, we can offer a few lines of inspiration for fully human developers.

I'm still waiting for a title with a graphics engine similar to The Hunter, Call of the Wild. In this forest environment alternating between day and night, we must hunt not innocent, succulent animals, but monsters of various kinds. It shouldn't be an environment saturated with monsters. It should be capable of creating a With Hunt atmosphere, with even more medieval tools. Monsters that aren't excessively huge, but with humanoid features.

What's your secret dream?

I would play that.

The question is, are you hunting the monster? Or is the monster hunting you?

Everything is open to change, it could be one monster or multiple monsters. If the map is large, the search would become lengthy. You could gather plants to create potions while you wait, collect branches to craft them and obtain useful darts or tools.

You could also leave a huge settings menu for the type of game you want to play.
I dont see problem

Can you stop buying AAA AI slop?

There's no visible problem at the moment.

Do you have a source for that claim?
I have Clockwork Revolution on my wishlist and that's it. My dream is for the game to not be a letdown, not have Denuvo, and to actually live up to the hype. Feels like a Timesplitters x Fable type of game.

It's the only game that feels like I'll enjoy with all the different games I've played in my lifetime.

Makes me sad to say it.

I am concerned about the future of gaming. I don't like AI, I find it overdone and just too obvious. I know when it's being used, even when others are fooled. Even in the most recent deep fakes and AI videos that some people are fooled by and say look real, I can instantly tell its AI.

I guess its a blessing and a curse to be too observant. Might have something to do with the way my brain works. Idk.

Funny

However, there are also several valid projects that no longer receive updates. Consider them closed.

Most projects, due to the new guidelines against defective software, will be at risk of being treated with AI to prevent these problems, with fewer and fewer programmers working on them.
Do people find these conspiracy theories in their cereal box?

Another reason to only have AI work is that very few people will be able to do anything if everyone is on GTA.

If we can convince someone to create titles that are capable of being appreciated, that's even better.

and then there's Elon Musk's recent speech and confirmation right now, which wants to confirm the conspiracy theory...

Who cares what Musk says?

Too many people because he affirms their beliefs politically.
