Game says in library... but isn't
So I purchased the free CS2 and it tells me it's in my library, I go to my library and it isn't there.

free games only show up in the library when installed, go to the store page to install it

Maybe your library filter is set to show installed games only.

That's it, OP, unless you purchase some secondary contents in the store page or in the game store, in which it will not disappear.
