Its been like this 4-5 hours. Earlier was unable to buy gem sacks after clicking buy it would get stuck in endless loop and after a lot of attempts only could buy. Then trading card market page would open only after some refreshes. Now nothing works. Same on chrome, App, Steam Mobile.

Anyone else getting same problem today?

IP Rate limiter. Prevents bombarding of the marketplace and inventory servers by users with browser add on's, Bots, and off site skin / item trade sites.

Too many page requests from the same IP address.

You hit an API quota limit. This quota limit is IPv4 based. If restarting your router doesn't help, you'll have to wait it out.

IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (8 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.[en.wikipedia.org]

For Valve's inventory and community market API this bundled together group of users using CGNAT or Dual Stack Lite looks like a single user.

If you waited several days to weeks, your only recourse is getting a public IPv4 address. It doesn't matter whether this one is static or dynamic. Ask your ISP on how to obtain one.

If you already have a public also known as dedicated IPv4 address, you should stop spamming inventory actions.

If your ISP supports ipv6, then turn off ipv4... This will also help solve the problem.

Never had this issue before. I only use steam inventory helper add on to list multiple cards on market. Not linked to any bot trading or skin sites.

yes it does not effect ipv6 addresses. and it works fine not everyone has ipv6 ip addresses, your isp service must use them, and your modem / gateway must support them.

Thank you mr. kirk, I don't have an active ipv6 plan but my isp does support it. I might switch over if the limitation gets worse.
