Que es +rep
que alguien escriba +rep en tu perfil de Steam, es para que tu cuenta de steam tenga mas respeto, es decir, si alguien quiere intercambiar con vos, y ve que en tu perfil la gente escribio +rep, va a saber que sos alguien de confianza.

+rep es una manera de decir que tuviste una buena experiencia con ese usuario

Sorry, but I absolutely do not believe that “rep” spam comments have any influence on how much a Steam profile is “respected.” Anyone who is fooled by such things is, unfortunately, very gullible.
