What does it take to pull a forum thread?

I've reported it every way I can. The entire thread is an attack on one forum poster and is up to 5 pages now.
Why wont the forum moderator lock or delete this thread?
What is it going to take to get this atrocious TOS violation locked/pulled?

Because it is better to have such discussion in one post, instead of having multiple ones I guess.
Just ignore, unsub from the whole post and let the moderators do their job.

Report the user through their profile and also include the link to the thread itself or the link to the users post history.

It is not possible to make reports in a hub when there's a restriction from the hub.
This appears to be the 3rd thread about PUBG. Simply wait for it to expire, if it expires, and you can report anything you believe needs to be reported. Else, let other players/users report anything they believe needs to be reported.

Did do, did work.

The issue is the people that should have been reporting it were the ones doing it.

I'm surprised how people don't realize how bad a forum flag system is.

It has nothing to do with the TOS and everything to do with peoples feels. Posting something that violates the TOS wont get you reported, posting something that violates the TOS and makes some one mad or sad gets reported. So the system ends up being used more as a weapon then to maintain any forum order.

I'm an abrasive condescending smart ass; which works if your an athletic Canadian actor, so I get reported a lot, has little to do with TOS violations.

seems it "took more than 1 report" to get the issue handled, despite clear violations, because 1 report apparently isnt enough to prove clear rule violation (listed and linked)......
