how long does it take for steam support to email me back on a ticket i submitted
i recently submitted a ticket to change my email on an account that has an old email address that was on October 2 2015 now it is October 6 2015 and they have not got back with me. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a response back? I know that they have a lot of customers but was just wondering thanks,Nick

Why would you submit a ticket to change the email address? you can do that yourself... Expect a long wait for something that trivial.
thanks for writing back the thing is steam guard keeps wanting to send me a code to activate a computer that i had to redo install windows on and the email that is with that account i no longer have i have a new email and steam told me i have to contact them if i cant receive the email to activate my account on my computer with the steam program. i don't know whats going on

Ah, in that case makes a little more sense. Still can't give you an estimate on the ETA, though XD hijacked accounts are sitting around 5+ weeks right now, billing is around 3-7 days. not sure how they would prioritize your case. I'd be prepaired to wait the same as a hijacked account just so you aren't too disappointed.
