Not at all. They might have seen you post on the board for a game they like, you might be a friend of a friend, who knows. It's only rude if they keep bothering you after you've turned down a request, but if that's the case, block them and move on.
If not, most of the time i decline the request. But in my case its mostly because i own a lot of games and most of the time those users just add me to beg for games or cards.
Not all, but a lot. So i try to filter those out in advance.
Cancel the trade and move on.

Just ignore it, plain and simple. Getting angry is illogical.
How you got invited? A user invited you, you are answering that yourself. It's nothing you can do about it rly. You have to ingore the request, block them or accept. Also if you accept and the user is unfriendly or something, you can always remove and block them later.
Not really, but hey at least you`ve done a nice necro.
