Otherwise you can always contact support in case it's account related. But, given that you cannot see inventories AT ALL I aint so sure of that.

In the past there had been larger dota and csgo events and sales, and I didn't get any problems with the market.
From 5 days ago to now (just tried it again), AugmentedSteam blocks market lookups after a mere 6 consecutive inventory->market listings, producing a "429 Too Many Requests" in the browser console. I've had it last for more than 6 hours, or until I've changed IP.
Whether it was deliberate or accidental, the permissible request rate WAS reduced some 5 days ago, and it has clobbered a number of Chrome market addons.
Should this be deliberate and permanent, then each addon's developer will need to code in appropriate delays or cooldowns to prevent it.
