My profile was edited
Does valve has access to my profile? My profule was changed like my in-game name, my steam profile and my bio in my steam profile it says here that I have been trade banned and if you visit my profile it says there that "CSGO items items traded in the steam client now all have tade ban cooldown Valve corp. You have 3 days to widthraw your items and get money back. Use opskins.com to safe ur skins - valve corp" . If they dont have access to edit my profile does this mean Someone has illegal acces to my account?

Nope.

Your account was hijacked. Probably through one of the many shady sites you logged into.

Scan for malware.

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change password and generate new back up codes.

scan for malware
change passwords from a clean computer

the person that hijacked your account is waiting for you to do a trade so they can cancel it and send all your stuff to one of their holding accounts

been seeing too many people post with this type of scam lately. some where smart enough to ask before doing anything, others where not and lost almost everything they had

Also, in Steam Support there's a feature where you can lock your account voluntarily, preventing anyone from doing trades/chatting/etc. with it. This "panic button" might be a good idea to use, until you can figure out what happened and clean up the mess.

You'll have to ask Steam Support to unlock it for you later, but they'll gladly do that once you have this mess cleared up. Account hijacking is a serious matter.
