how long does it take to get your games when you buy them?
i bought two games and i dont have them yet, does that mean its still processing the order?

check the transaction, does it show Complete, Pending, or Failed?

Pending mean Valve has not received the money yet. If it completes you will get the games. If it fails your bank will release your funds back to you.
