need help with mobile Authenticator

i just recently changed my phone and got a new one now i can no longer get my QR code to get into my steam and sell on steam market because of it now i have to wait for over 15 days and more to be able to get them for sale anyone know how ?

That’s normal whenever you change your phone or re-enable Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator, Steam adds a 15-day trade and market restriction for security reasons. Unfortunately, there’s no way to skip or reduce that cooldown. After 15 days, you’ll be able to sell and trade again normally.

2 day holds on Market listings for about 36 hours.
