GPU Spikes up when I Screen sharing on discord
I'm not sure why this Keeps Happening but, ever since I Upgraded my PC I kept running into the Same GPU performance issue when Screen sharing on discord. It happens when I am Screen sharing emulators such as PCSX2 or in other cases Minecraft any Call of duty game, and more Screenshares. Some work normally but others break and crash and sometimes crashes all of the applications I have open my computer. Rarest effect is PC crashing. I have had this issue ever since I upgraded my GPU from a 3050RTX to a 3070RTX I'm not entirely sure what causes my software to crash this badly but It's only when I am streaming on discord It works when I am streaming in window mode but when I am Streaming in full screen it crashes the game or minimizes the FPS as my dedicated GPU spikes up to max memory.

Solutions I have tried so far that didn't work regardless of situation are listed below.

1. Disable Hardware acceleration on Discord and disable OpenH264 video codec...
2. Disable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and optimization for windowed games
3. Uninstalling software's such as ASUS, NVIDIA, Sonic...
4. Clearing all discord cache
5. restarting my computer
6. Deleting discord and downloading it back

My Rig or PC build
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz
24GB of ram
3070 MSI RTX Graphics card
650-Watt Power Supply
More than 10 TB Of storage

Does anyone know a Solution for this because for me it is only a discord problem or in some cases PC Problem when sharing my screen.
