Hi gamer, my account was compromised from HongKong and deducted the steam wallet and then when I contacted Steam for help they said just to create another password and change email address which I did then they said we cannot refund/ restore the purchase because it was an official community market. So, we can't help in this case and we have closed the ticket too. Isn't so rude behavior. EA is far far better you STEAM I have never faced this kind of service from EA Support but I don't recommend to purchase Steam ever because of this security reason once the account was compromised then THEY CAN'T restore the purchases.
