I decided to play the second part of "The Last of Us". As soon as I downloaded it, I saw a message saying that I might have problems with my driver version, my graphics card's heat, high graphics settings, and/or glitches in the game itself.
At first, everything was fine. The game would sometimes crash with a prompt to send a report to the developers, but when I restarted it, I could play normally. However, at some point, the game started freezing so much that I had to restart my computer. As a result, I was unable to progress beyond a certain location.
I updated the drivers, and none of the computer components were overheating, but the game still didn't work.
I lowered the settings, cleaned the D drive a bit, and it started working fine until a certain point, shortly after the dolphinarium (those who played will understand). After that, the game stopped working altogether.
The drivers are updated, the graphics settings are low, the graphics card is not overheating, and it's a licensed version from Steam, but it still doesn't work.
Please help me figure out what to do.
