Secondly only very specific adult games were removed. You can still purchase GTAV, Darktide, Vermintide 2 etc.
However keep in mind be it Xbox, PlayStation, Epic, GOG, etc would all do the same thing if it came to losing access to Visa or Mastercard. Not that it effects any of them anyway seeing as none of them allow or sell the specific adult games that have been removed.
why does this thread seem so familiar, o wait, there was already someone with the same exact thread couple days ago, which you copied from. but anyway, the answer is NO, you cannot transfer games from steam to another platform or from one steam profile to another. most platforms is the same in that department
Big "what if"
It would apply to the majority of games sold on all platforms. So it wouldn't be just a Steam issue. Also a game being banned on Steam does not remove it for your library.
