I accessed my old Steam account and loaded the balance and the restriction came
I created a Counter-Strike "Secondary Steam Account" 6 years ago and for the first time in 5 years, I loaded a $5 balance into it to remove the market restriction. The evening of the day I loaded it, my account was restricted due to "Suspicious Activity". I didn't make any purchases on the account or set up mobile guard because, as I said, it wasn't my main account. Now they're asking me to open a ticket using the CD key associated with the account or the email I entered when creating it. I told them I didn't remember which email it was and that sharing it in a censored form would help me remember, but the only responses I've received for 3 days have been "CD key - Primary email." I have $75 worth of Counter-Strike inventory in my account and it's restricted until 2038. What am I going to do? Leave an inheritance to my grandchildren?
Additionally, I provided my IP address and login email address as proof that the account was accessed solely by me. These were not verified, and the matter was closed with automated messages.

You do what they say. You need proof of ownership. The email the account was set up with or the CD key. As the account was inactive, they assume that somebody else got into the account.

IP's aren't proof, they change whenever your restart your router and login locations can change through VPNs.
