Hi, do some knows how to lvl up on steam?
If some knows how to do it cheaply or better free let me know

You can trade for whatever you want. Game ownership not required.

You can buy them off the Market. Game ownership not required.

Drops from play time are random and dupes are expected. Game ownership required. The game must also not be marked Private to get the drops.

You can only get 1/2 of the total number of cards the set has through drops. 1/2 +1 for odd number card sets.
