Сам сменился регион

Произошла такая ситуация, 23 октября мне неизвестный аккаунт подарил игры, у меня сменился регион с России на Китай. В Китае я не проживаю, да и не был никогда там. Сам я регион не менял, также как и не пользовался сервисом VPN. Что мне делать? Как вернуть страну Россия? Пополнить стим я не могу из-за запрета на карты РФ. Могут ли мне дать блокировку на аккаунт?

But the shop region doesn't change just because you get games for free.
The fact that people who don't know you, give you games is also more than questionable.

I don't understand how it happened that my Steam region changed. I didn't change it myself, but I went into my purchase history, and on the day my region changed, a hidden account gave me games, and at the same moment, I made a refund.

Did you make the refund?
If not, your account is no longer secure. And someone else has the access data.

What money? An unknown account gave me a game as a gift and immediately refunded me a minute later, after which my currency and region changed to China(
