The item disappeared.

I had 5 skins and I wanted to make a trade on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for a knife. I clicked to accept the trade, but Steam Market went down, and the trade was accepted. However, after about 30 minutes to an hour, Steam Market came back up, but the skins don’t show up in the ♥♥♥'s inventory, and it shows that the trade was accepted. On ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, it doesn't show that I made any trade. The ♥♥♥ was legit from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ after verification, and I’m not sure if the skins are blocked or if I will receive them back. I dont know what to do and where i need to make a ticket.
