i cant open market

I can't open the Steam market, it has been saying for days - 'You've made too many requests recently. Please wait and try your request again later.'

Perhaps your account has been compromised?
Have you checked your transaction history?

This bug has been there for several weeks, it almost always happens at the same time and is fixed at the same time, it gives the impression that someone does it on purpose and Valve still doesn't realize it, I hope they realize it and fix it soon because it is quite annoying.
