Steam appears to be having issues with loading peoples accounts

This "thread" lists the exact same issues and all of the comments just say "oh, I have that problem too" and thats it, so I'm just making another discussion about it so maybe Steam can get it's act together.

I've looked for an hour or two now and there is no clear way to contact anyone from Steam to try and help this issue, or any issue for that matter.
