Hello,

I would like someone to help me with this. My Mac is up to date, and I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions I've found online. I'm running macOS 15.6 and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed some system settings as suggested. No matter what I do, the app will not launch. I'll bounce slightly and then stop, but other than that it won't show a loading screen or anything.

If anyone else has had this issue, how have you resolved it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. T-T
