Source SDK 2013 Noob help
Hello I have download the SDK from GitHub but how do I launch the game, here are the files I have got now https://github.com/ValveSoftware/source-sdk-2013 I am using the multiplayer.

What do you want to do with the source sdk base 2013 ? a new Mod ? convert your old 2007 mod ?
Is your mod need code modification ?
you have downloaded the Source codeall the file in /src/ are uncompilled source code.
to launch a mod on 2013 you must recompile the client. and server.dll, as valve don't provide them.
i will compile everything and distyrubute a template mod with compiled Dlls, so people could start to play with the engine.
but there is so much bug and i don't preconize to start to delelop with the source code, as github repository will be updated time after time.
