SteamCMD Updating TF2 server

I'm trying to update TF2 servers with linuxGSM commands and I"m getting these errors: Updating tf2server: Checking remote build: SteamCMDtf2server, Error! App '232250' state is 0x426 after update job and Error! App '232250' state is 0x626 after update job.

restart the server and try again - is the folder in use ?

I tried that still not working.

only other thing that I can think of is disk space - but think that is a different error code
when I say restart - I mean the actual computer, not just the game server, but I assume that's what you did..
