Then there is Weird War, I doubt you can get your hands on that one, but I thought I will throw in, since meets all your requirements: WWII - check, RPG - check, good... well good is a matter of opinion :)
Another one (my favorite) Silent Storm with expansion pack Sentinels. This one is better than Jagged Alliance 2 and I’m not talking JA Back in Action abomination. Turn based strategy with RPG elements, you can chose six different starting professions, destructible environment. You can play as an Alliance AND Axis, which means at least 2 play-thru. Best part the game is green-lighted and hopefully will come out here.
From the same developers there is Hammer and Sickle, another turn based rpg.
You can also check it out the Commandos series, stealthy RTS but fun regardless.
And last but not least Death to Spies, plays like Thief
It has some RPG elements to it, though - if I'm not mistaken.
Best I can offer is a panzerfaust.
