Do your games blend into your dreams?
Mine have or at least for the past few days. I been playing way too much Psychonauts.

First dream I had, I am a girl in this huge water park. I'm basicly causing mishift amongst the patrons using my psychonaut powers. I'm basicly causing trouble. I had lots of fun with this dream. Near the end I find somebody else with the same powers and fight him.

Second dream, I am a boy in some spaceship. I am eating with my family and we get attacked. I try to save them but I am thrown into this chamber with them. They are going to burn us all. I manage to blast a large hole in the wall and manage to kill them all. I didn't like this dream.

My final dream was awsome! I was a girl in this fancy party I was hosting. There were people out to kill me within the party but I didn't know who. I pull a scene out of Batman Begins where Bruce tells everybody to leave his party. I manage to piss everybody off and they leave the party so they won't get hurt. Only my enemies are left. I am not in this battle alone. I have Claire Redfield of Resident Evil Revelations, Raz from Psychonauts, Shadow from Sonic and N from Pokemon helping me. We all engage in this massive battle within this ballroom. Best Dream Ever!

Yes, to the point where I have started animating mine in SFM *since I normally play Source Games).

I keep having dreams that I am a test subject at apeture science. Once I had a dream that apeture was underneath our building.

I also have a dream landscape that's a whole map, it's based on where I grew up and it's the same all the time, unless time has passed. There's a sky castle there... and one of the rooms is a broken test.

Occasionally.
I have had a dream where I was in an airsoft war (one of my hobbies)
but the war was like CoD.
I also played a round of Star Wars: Empires at War in my sleep, though it was slightly mixed with Battle for Missle Earth.

Rarely. There are few styles of these dreams:
1. Exact copy of real game. I hate this kind of dreams because I want to see something unusual or unique. It happens most times when I play game for long time. Do you want to see HOMM3 or... minesweeper?
2. Other dreams has influence of my favorite games and they aren't copies but still retain their "spirit" or visual style. They not related to playing game and may appear even if last launch time was many years ago. Most times they are related to C&C series (these dreams almost always contain disasters in story) or Ultima Online. I like them.
3. And ones that surely looks like game but there are no real world equivalents. Why I think they're games? Well... HUD, standart genres, visual style (top-down, tps, fps, etc), save/load. It's weird to play unknown medieval strategy game in dream =). Some of them are average and other are awesome.

If I intensly play a game for a few days, then yes. I ususly take it as a sign to hold off on gaming a bit and focus more on real life.

There are times I'll daydream too. If i spend all morning Intensely playing a game right up to when i leave for work.. I'll be stuck in the gaming mindset at work. Makes focusing hard when you're expecting a grenade any second..

yeah most of the dreams i can remember allways have somthing to do with anime or video games.
in my most memorable one i was running away from somthing in the area i live and then i summoned gamabunta from naruto it was wierd but the dream cuts off there i cant remember the rest.

in another i had when i use to watch code lyoko back when it was on cartoon network i was in teh world and friends with the main group of charecters and it playd out exactly like a episode of the show wierd sutff starts to happen in the real world and then i go to lyoko and kick butt it was pretty awsome acctualy

oh yeah and in another i was the world of naruto this time and fought other ninjas had a chat with sasuke and then found myself in the middle of a base from planetside 2.

my dreams are wierd =/

The only games that ever blended into my dreams was Killzone, The Punisher, Wow, DCUO and Blacklight. Pretty much all but Wow was about me playing them as a gamer. I play alot of games though and its like only .1% of the games I play I dream about.

(I ain't telling you what I dream about in Wow, but I'll say this much. I use to play an undead Warlock. I use to dream alot being the undead warlock doing pornographic type activities with most of the female avatars/npcs ingame-yes embarassing I know.) I don't play WoW anymore.

There was one tiny portion of a dream where I used the Reaper "gun" from PerfectDark64. I'm pretty sure that wall needed some reapage.

I sleepwalked and searching a shotgun in my room. Another nigh i dreaming that i was in the game, jumping down to the river from the bridge (map was de_aztec) because my only gun was bottom of the river. I woke up middle of the air. Game was Counter Strike Source. :D

Oh i remember another weird thing about gaming. I woke up middle of the night, i was so tired but i had to go pee. I was just playing Tomb Rider all day.. i remember when i was thinking that i must save this after my peeing because don't want to do it again... ftw
