Any reasonable amount is ok for an adult. Frequent rests are reccomended. Exercise for 60 minutes a day (keep heart rate over 90 bpm), eat well and there will be no problems.
That could be boredom too. If it becomes something you have to be on and do all the time and every day, that is an addiction. The ammount of time spent would have nothing to do with it. That is just a possible indicator.
Just make sure you still take care of yourself, bud. There's nothing wrong with enjoying games for a couple hours a day.
