Report a translation problem
Save a replay, have it convert to a movie format youtube can understand and upload it from inside TF2. As long as it shows up and you don't pull the movie down the achievement will eventually notice (takes a few days but under a week. I guess Valve has to "talk" to Youtube even though it just uploaded something)
If you need help converting a replay file into a movie post again but in the TF2 forum/discussion group. One thing they don't really tell you until it fails... is that you need to install Apple Quicktime so TF2 can do the conversion. Try not having it installed and see for yourself.
