Dont know why they have not done this but. a Mega man x Fighting game
mavricks and hunters battle it out one on one they make other straight up fighting games come on

Also I don't know for sure if X or the other hunters are in there. Megaman is far from washed up. He even brought Rush to the fight.

have to say mega man x was one of the best titles of the 90s for fast paced action and is in my top 5 all time game series. what i ment was just a mega man/ mega man x fighting game think of just boss battles but you can play the boss and such.

I suppose you could count Mega Man: The Power Battles and its sequel, but those were never 2 player competitive. Then you'd have to go with the incredibly light Mega Man 7 extra mode.
