Who says anything about replacements?
Republicans are all about "everything to the rich, everyone else doesn't matter". That's why they want to get rid of everything that doesn't benefit the top 0.0001% or so.
But you only want their formalism, not ideals.
They might be replaced with equivalent state laws in accordance to 10th amendment principles. Anything that is not in the jurisdiction of the federal government falls to the jurisdiction of the states or the people, so either the states legislate their own U.C.C. (Utah Commications Commision) or C.F.D.A. (California Food & Drug Aministration), or the people get the right to decide how to conduct themselves in lieu of that. The assumption is that laws that are needful in all 50 states would be independently adopted in all 50 states, with some degree of variation in the exact provisions on an as-needed basis.
Mind you, the Madisonian interpretation is not the standing jurisprudence of law. There is an alternative Hamiltonian interpretation based on words he wrote in support of making a federal reserve bank which represents a much broader grant of authority, and the courts favoring this interpretation is why these institutions are allowed to exist. It wasn't always that way mind you. That's why F.D.R. threatened to pack the courts. The idea was that if he added more judges to the supreme court, he could diminish the influence of the sitting justices in deciding the outcome of rulings, and nominate those which agreed with his interpretation of law to force favorable rulings through anyway. This is also why these institutions are allowed to exist. The courts ultimately did an about-face on their Madisonian views and overturned them with more Hamiltonian interpretations.
We are becoming less healthy and they clearly aren't doing a whole lot to stop it. Especially with the FDA allowing blatantly toxic ♥♥♥♥ to remain in and on our food.
They could have always done that, but they are heavily bribed by big food and big pharma.
Once all of the things that merely drastically reduced all forms of disease and early mortality are done away with then everyone can get the ultimate solution to all of life's health related issues!
Their very own personal.. Brain-Worm! You won't have to worry about any health problems or pesky things like 'thinking' ever again!
