Yes they've proven to be the most untrustworthy bunch around, basically reddit mods, the logs of power trip abuses must be incredible if they were kept and would be damning if they were ever released.

I didn't really have much of an issue with the community mods tbh. Then again, I didn't start posting in this cesspit until long after the volunteers were disbanded so it was probably a minefield back then.
