Most centrists are the "silent majority." When leftists make themselves look bad (which happens all the time, let's be real) it's usually attacking some centrist. Anyone who isn't a far left is a nazi white supremacist fascist... even the centrists.

Heck, if Trump took the political compass test, he'd be near the middle.

The right has a habit of idolizing stoicism, also better at group activity when someone says shut up and color. So you forget they are around for awhile. Till they do something dumb again. The left idolizes freedom of expression and can't shut up. And it's a constant annoying buzzzzzzzzzzzz

The level of stupid is about the same, one side just gives more opportunity thanks to law of averages.

And the same applies in the other side as well, like anyone not hyped by an anti-immigration movement being seen as a the left.
Anyone against tariffs is a leftist, anyone not hyped about safe keeping gun rights is a leftist... list goes on for both sides.
