Will Right wingers finally stop talking about *Much Free Speech*
So seeing how I see right wingers in US right now trying to hunt down everyone speaking negatively about Charlie Kirk, some people just simply quoting his own speeches, with some conservatives even trying to bring it out of the US and also hunt for European users who say similar things.

I’m assuming right wingers will finally stop complaining about *lack of free speech* and talking about how in reality there’s no *hate speech*. Seeing how they very clearly believe in hate speech when it’s directed at them.

You deserve to feel what it's like to be on the receiving end of what you put people through :^)

It's not a free speech matter, it's the principle of the matter and it's cathartic seeing libs get fired

So you don’t care about supposed free speech your group declares to be so important?

Good to know, not surprising seeing how most various speech and media restrictions in history were coming from conservatives, but it’s nice to see you finally admit that *free speech* you advocate for actually means *free speech for conservatives*
No rights are absolute. Thats silly.

Difference is, it’s right-wingers who were always saying that hate speech doesn’t exist and that there should be no consequences for speech. But suddenly it’s not the case anymore when this time hate speech is directed towards them.

I don't see anybody hunting down anyone related to Kirk right now. Why do you people make up such fantasies?

when a precedent has been set others will also follow through, it's called reaping what you sow. free speech works only when everyone is afforded free speech, people have been constantly harassed and persecuted for voicing their opinions, you do not get to voice yours without consequence after advocating for years that freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences of that speech.

I hate free speech being destroyed, but one thing I hate slightly more is double standards and unfairness. No free speech for those who tried to kill free speech :)

So yeah, enjoy being on the receiving end of what you've put the world through for these past 10 years and then some.

Besides, relax, free speech means not being arrested for what you say, you're fine. Valve is a private company and employers can fire whoever they want. It's not free speech :))))

Aah, is that what he's complaining about "free speech" for? People getting fired for saying detestable ♥♥♥♥ that pisses off customers? What is that thing they used to say? Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom of consequences? Say what you want, but it's your problem if they fire you for it.

I don’t believe in free speech :)

and I’m not American, so no consequences for me with your funny shenanigans out there.

I’m just happy that right wingers are admitting to being hypocrites when it comes to their opinions about hate speech.

I’m all for that if you stop complaining when it happens to your side lol

its not hypocrisy if the same tactic is used in response to an escalation.

If the tactic goes directly against something which supposedly is one of the groups core beliefs then it’s indeed hypocritical.
