What outspoken Nazi is running for office or as a judge?

We know the Germans did it after the war, but should we as Americans (for those of us who are) let the millions who have sacrificed and died, only for their sacrifice to see people run for political offices and judgeships, or nominated for such?

Of course we have Freedom Of Speech Laws, but those freedoms should not entail fascist idealogies running for political office or thru our courts.

WW2 was the last legal declared war. We did not declare war against communists. And communism happens thru coups generally. We already have the Insurrection Act and Posse Comitatus Laws.

Though our courts seems to be ignoring and weakening that.

I feel just because we are no longer at war, does not mean Fascism is not Treason. It is.

I propose when the opposition gets in, if its not too late already, Denazification Laws should be introduced.

Mr Trump and many of his sycophants promote fascist idealogies. The idealogies have to be scrutinized, and laws created to prevent these actions.

It does not mean, one cannot speak of fascist idealogies. It does not mean they will not be allowed.

But premisies of white supremacy, the use of troops in cities, talk of abridging the constitution running for third terms, judges abridging our freedoms against Posse Comitatus laws, all should be deemed fasco manifesto, and those should be immediately charged and removed from office.

That would be the National Guard. Who are there to be deployed in cities which are out of control, in this case, with crime. There have been double digit percentage drops in the rate of crime in every city the National Guard has been deployed to and polls show massive support from the populations of those cities for this.

This amendment was only brought in in 1947. What precisely is the argument against unamending it? FDR had three terms.
