Not really a great sign to see military in the streets, but pathetic that Democratic mayors have flagrantly disregarded federal laws to the level that it needs to get to this point.

1. A mayor deliberately and illegally disregarding a federal law he/she doesn't like that was passed by a bipartisan Congressional effort

OR

2. Legally using troops to protect federal workers that are under violent attack and to enforce the laws on the books

It's amazing that the "no kings" crowd has no problem with elected leaders disregarding the laws when it suits their interests.
