Thankfully that was before Michelle Obama meddled with things.
Probably the usual chips beans and fish fingers or sausages and stuff like that.
But it was the puddings that I really liked thick custard and apple crumble or rhubarb crumble .
Making me want it now again.
Of course... my favorite were the cinnamon rolls, 'cuz they were handmade.
I remember rubber chicken sandwiches and hot dogs with a greenish hue.
The pizza squares were basically cheap bread with starchy mozzarella on top.
They fed us garbage and we gobbled it up.
HS was a bit better at least we had a salad bar 🤣
