What's still around? Used to have KFC, Cicis, Pizza Hut, Pancho's, we had it all.

Outside of the South I've only ever seen one place have a buffet like that, and it was a Chinese place. And as someone who's worked in a Chinese restaurant, I can say that they have a reputation of being the dirtiest kitchens.
