Imagine this. You ram someone's car and then when they come over to ask what happened, you say something like, "A black guy on a bicycle did it!". Or if you're like running for office or a president or something, you just say "It was the democrats!".

I can't believe no one is using this method, it's brilliant. Everything you do, anything, just say that you failed because the other people forced you to fail! Think, you go for gold in a sports championship, and you come seventh. "It was the gold medalist that took the gold from me!".

Man, I am going to be so successful now.

Clearly OP you've never heard of onboard cameras and CCTV.
Encouraging people to deceive in insurance matters is ill advised as its hard enough already to get these firms to agree a side at fault what with there nature to work for the industry rather than the insured party/parties.
