The article stated that people were sending inappropriate deepfake videos to Bernice king (MLK's daughter). The king estate contacted Open ai and demanded that the deepfakes be stopped.

Hell, the family members in the king estate has expressed different and sometimes opposing political views over the years, so trying to use the estate to blame the "left" is very misleading.
