In mexico i had soup with like (chicken soup with lime) was an amazing meal. And then my mexican friends mom would always make flautas and invite me to eat there. It was fantastic.

I've had a lot of Mexican food. I grew up around it. I have Mexican relatives who I've learned from. Probably my favorite would be a homemade taco or burrito, but I almost never have that because I am just constantly learning more. Recently, I've made pozole and carnitas. Both are really good. But, just a good, well made burrito is the flagship for sure. And it wasn't anywhere, either I, or someone I know have made it. I don't think I've ever gone to a Mexican restaurant that wasn't a Taco Bell.

Oh yeah, a Mexican girl I know challenged me to make flautas as well. She told me the ingredients to use, gave me some key steps, and I adapted it to my air fryer. They came out pretty good.

chicken street tacos with cilantro, onions and green salsa are bomb

used to get this one dish called 'camarones al mojo de ajo' aka shrimp in garlic sauce at a local mexican restaurant, went on tortillas with refried beans and rice. that ♥♥♥♥ was SO good. but the quality of their food went down a while back so i havent eaten there since

I worked for my friends parents for a summer, they were mexican. Took me to lunch at a mexican food truck in columbus ohio.

Not sure what the heck I ate, but it was easily the best mexican food I ever had. Some kinda taco thing but with way more stuff in it.

At the local mexican restaurants, my go to was always steak fajitas.

Cant get good mexican food in canada lmao.
