Looks similar to Unreal Tournament 2004 but it's not that.

Dunno but it does look like early 2000's game, maybe a modded version of serious sam?

Yeah... Maybe it is Serious Sam 2. Only Serious Sam game I never played. Tried it a bit and didn't like it.

The HUD on this video is tiny, because it's 4k and the hud doesn't scale, but you should still be able to recognise it.
