as ordinary citizen i see almost no difference even though i cant do many things, if before it was different kind of "sanctions" as example many goods i cant afford anyway, and its not like anything depended either on my vote or anything else, like it is inconvenient but it wasnt that well before either, many things like movies are just propaganda bs, so probably even worse than not watching them. it probably was inconvenient if i was an oligarh and my yacht was sanctionsed so i had to go by feet anywhere, but for me even a bus ticked is a sketche enterprise so i go by fee anywhere if i have to anyways, same for most other services, i either cant afford them or it was waste of my money and it only brought me negative emotions.
