However I believe a PC version will come out soon. They will most likely release a version for the next gen consoles, possibly with updated graphics and at the same time release that as a PC version as well. Or perhaps some sort of GOTY edition early 2014 with some DLCs thrown in and a PC version along with it. Thats just speculation though.
As for Steam, GTA4 and all the previous GTAs are on Steam, so I'd imagine GTA5 would be also.

So yea don't be surprised if we see a later release of GTAV made for next gen consoles and PC.
Which make sense to a certain extend as the PC version should be along the lines of whatever the quality in on next-gen consoles, as opposed to the quality of current-gen consoles.
