If you had a kid who made a threat online as a joke in a video game
Would you proudly have them put in prison for a year if it accidentally triggered a counter-terrorism squad to take it seriously?

I wouldn't because I'm not a full-blown psychopath itching to inflict misery on a person over a joke that got taken too far. But that's just me, I guess.
