b-but it says on the box they're a breakfast cereal! if you eat them for supper instead, the universe might experience a catastrophic breakdown!

are they part of a balanced breakfast though? those sugar contents seem a bit high...

That means you'll have to eat an evening meal at 8am.

it's a balanced imbalance. you'll get a small sugar rush but there is no risk of developing diabetes. probably.[/quote]

Im ready. Every single of my descisions have let us here.
That's a fun and classic late-night snack choice! There's something very satisfying about a bowl of cereal at 10 PM but not only that, a bowl of cereal can be a good late-night option especially since many cereals made from corn, oats, wheat, or rice contain sleep-aiding ingredients like melatonin and tryptophan.

Enjoy your meal!

I didnt know that, then whats the point of eating cereal in the morning when you need to be awake?

all right. approach the event horizon carefully. as you venture further into the unknown, laws of physics will appear to melt like chocolate cereals in warm milk.

This is a very valid question. The point of eating cereal with melatonin and tryptophan in the morning is to help with sleep later that night. While it might seem counterintuitive, a morning meal rich in tryptophan can help support the body's production of serotonin and melatonin overnight, while also helping to align your circadian rhythm and set the stage for better sleep.

I just realized what the op said. I'm doing the same thing also, but it's not 10:00 p.m. here.
