The age of consent

Let's wrap Off Topic's shenanigans up with this definitive post.

It should be precisly 15½ years old.

And no fuss with arbitrary age gap limits. Only very few U.S. states use RomeoJuliet laws because they fail to protect much, and is a fringe in all the world.

Instead of an age of consent :

Consent is legal for all ages presuming the older partner is less than 50% older, rounded down.

But what with Hong Kong's way?

There it is 16 for males + any ♥♥♥♥, but 21 for females.
Steers right clear of this issue.

Also, in my country Denmark, it has also previously back in time, been 12 for males and 18 for females, until it was normalized to be 15 for both gender.
