You can think about what you're doing now.

I wanna enjoy myself now. Not 30 years from now.
the past is what made you what you are today, thus past is important, as well as current and future, you think about and take all of it into consideration, or things get messed up.

I lost a lot but I’ve learned a lot. Have a nice day too. :steamhappy:
I don't think about the past. No need to spend time worrying about something that can't be changed.

The past was so much better though, even just a few hours ago was better than this unending torment. I am sure if I think hard and be proactive, I can create a better life for myself, but that's gonna take a lot of work.

Your past is important, but the person you are today is best, you are a good person Dax sleep easy.

If you have some form of trauma from the past, that can be very tough to simply just "not think about"

But keeping yourself busy with something you like can be a way to help alleviate it at least somewhat

It's better to satisfy what you did in the past than feeling sorry about it.

You can learn about them but don't feel sorry about it.

If you mixed the good and bad parts together then it's quite neutral.
